RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Simplicity, transparency, and security are the hallmarks of your online shopping experience with us. We go the distance to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. Please do peruse our Return Policy for your understanding.

 

A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions:

 

  • A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
  • If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
  • If the product is received in a damaged condition. Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered with or damaged upon delivery.

To ensure that we are able to process your returns accurately and promptly, please read through the return process, along with the guidelines that need to be followed.

 

Return Process:

 

Please raise a Return Request within 48 hrs of delivery by calling or emailing our Customer Service (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM).

You will be asked to mail a good quality picture of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details. (you can mail the picture in the first step, for a faster process). Our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility for return.

We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick-up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse.

Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, the refund process will get initiated within 7 days of receiving it. Read further for important details.

 

Points to Remember:

 

The product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc.

 

The product should be unused and in its original condition.

The product can be returned for a store credit or a refund, processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise in our warehouse.

Celebrateitindia.com reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before issuing a refund. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

REFUND POLICY:

 

All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. The refunds will be made in form of Store Credits or through the same mode of payment as in the order placement.

Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are usually processed within 24-48 hours.

All refunds (except for COD payments) will be issued through the same transaction method used in the original purchase. For example, if you used a credit card as your payment method, the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card. All online refunds are processed within 7 working days. Any NEFT transactions takes about 5 days to get fully processed, however, for Credits Cards the refund amount will show in your next billing.

Refunds for COD payments will be issued through store credits only. COD charges paid by the customer will not be refunded.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

Any cancellation requests will only be accepted if they are made within 24 hrs of placing the order and a full refund will be issued for it. However if the request is made at a time when the product it is already in transit, the same will not be entertained.

The customer needs to raise a cancellation request to Customer Service (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) or mail us. We will refund the amount by the same mode the customer paid to us except for COD ( that will be refunded by store credits only).

How do I cancel an order on www.celebrateitindia.com?

 

For outright cancellations by you:

If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount provided it has been paid for already.

If the cancellation is after your product has been shipped, unfortunately, order cancellation is not possible.

 

Can I cancel my order online?

 

Yes, you can now trigger online cancellation for item(s) in your order, till the item(s) are shipped by www.celebrateitindia.com. In order to cancel item(s) in your order, Log in to your www.celebrateitindia.com account and go to the "My Orders" page

Identify the item you want to cancel, and click on the corresponding "View Details" link

On the detailed order page, you will see "Cancel" links against each of the items in that order

Click on the "Cancel" link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation.

Once your cancellation request is generated, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible

 

Why is the 'Cancel' link disabled sometimes?

 

A disabled 'Cancel' link can mean the following things

The item has already been shipped by www.celebrateitindia.com

The item has a quantity greater than one associated with it

The item is non-refundable (for example e-Gift Vouchers etc.)

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

 

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate refund. You will be notified of the same.

*It may take up to 7-14 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by www.celebrateitindia.com

 

How will I get my money back after cancellation? What are the modes of refund available?

 

In order to confirm the cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference. There are two modes of refund available

Back to Source - In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction 

If you choose CoD as an option of payment, the amount will be refunded to you by way of store credits only.

Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, www.celebrateitindia.com will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your refund preference.
